That is some weird sh*t.
Presumably some pretentious attempt at over intellectualisation. Certainly does me and despite what some think of my opinions on another blog site, the old IQ isnt so shabby!
Perhaps the guy is just on something and reckons he’s written a really cogent article!

i just google for news about anything regarding the hammers.. and started reading that article, and then decided after the 4th line, its time to go back to school and finish my english education, but i think i have figured it out, it looks like some korean or from that part of the world has transformed his own language into english in the way of Chinese - English online, and then just copied and pasted it as an english article. or the guy, like you said is over intellectualisation (cut n pasted from your comment there) Barmy aint it!!.
