How to conquer the English players with massive Ego’s, is to get a manager with a bigger Ego.

 

Morinho is known for his insistence of quality and skill, for a player to make his starting 11, he will not automatically pick a side which keeps the top 4 clubs supporters happy, he will not pick a side which has bad current form leading up to an England match, He will travel every inch of England to choose his side.

I have always said ” Why spend £50 -£100 million on building a squad then pick a £2.50 pence manager to run the team, which is what we had with McClaren & Venebles. (sorry curbs)

We all know that Mourinho has a love for England, and wants to come back to London to Manage and live, his love for English talent is immense, he understands the needs of an Englishman when it comes to results and qualifications, i do believe he will wear the 3 lions crest on his blazer with honour, even though his 1st love will always be Portugal.

Lampard and Terry would not get an automatic place in the squad unless they improved on credibility of hunger as well as form.

Shearer, (Retired when we needed his talent), Redknapp, Curbs, Big Sam, O Leary, Hidink, would be ideal for Teams like Wales or Scotland to manage, but do not posses the talent and charisma to influence an English team.

The FA should arrange a month of International friendlies during Euro 2008 playing against The Americas and Asian squads, this would give Mourinho some insight into his future squads when leading up to August 2008 when we start out WC 2010 challenge 

I have a great passion for Mourinho to be England manager, anybody less would be a massive disappointment.
