West Ham on the Mend so Watch out Liverpool!

24 January 2008 0 views 11 Comments

Things are looking rosey for the Hammers, all but 3 players are virtually fit for 1st team games.

Bellamy could play a part in the Liverpool game, and so could Gabbidon, Solano is almost ready too.

After watching the Hammers play the way we did against City, it looks as though Liverpool may have a tough game.

Liverpool are struggling to catch up with Man U, Arsenal & Chelsea and are now 10 points behind them.

If West Ham win the game, it will put us 3pts behind Liverpool, and on the road to European football.

Curbishley has been looking forward to this day, where he is spoilt for choice for his starting 11.

Harry thats rather a flipant reply, you are obviously an armchair fan worried that Everton are upstaging you this season. I’d gladly finish bottom, then watch Everton pip you for the 4th spot, have Benitez sacked and Gerrard go to Chelski. Alas reality is there is a real chance of the Irons getting a result next week. See you here same time next week … may rhe best team on the night take the honours.

Typically arrogant comment by Anfield ‘arry, though, I’m afraid, if we beat L’pool next Wednesday, we’ll still be four points behind them.

    Harry Anfield:

Stelios, your maths are a bit bad mate, and and you wont beat us, and then you will be 9 points behined. Everton fans we got 2 games in hand yet, and 1 of them is an easy game at home to those eastend losers, and you wont be where you are for long, you just been lucky so far

‘Arry, I knew I could count on you, mate, but then again my maths are a bit bad! Current table below, when we beat you, we’ll be four points behind. That’s seven minus four…count’ em. Sort it out son!

    6 Aston Villa 23 11 7 5 42 30 12 40

Harry, mate - are you in year 3 or something? Can send you some online homework exercises to sharpen up that numeracy if you like.
I have a sneaking feeling for us on Wednesday and go with Dave J’s 2-1 for what it’s worth.
