Bilic: “Its your last chance West Ham!”
By Rooster
Bilic would love the chance to manage a Premier league club and be amongst the world elite as a manager, be serious, its only Croatia he manages, and half the country lives up my road.
Bilic has revealed he will be signing a new contract in the next seven days, ending rumours he will be leaving for England, Probably because the Hammers havent shown much interest in him.
Bilic, who was born in Split, has said he is satisfied with the conditions being offered by the Croatian Football Federation and is ready to sign the deal.
“The contract will be signed tomorrow or in seven days, but now, off the top of my head, it will be signed within seven days. This is not contentious. Of course, it is exceptionally important that the whole expert team is content,” said Bilic.
He added that there are some details outside of financing and they will be “much more” important than the amount of money involved in the deal.
The former West Ham United player has been linked with a move back to the club as manager but looks to have pledged his future to his country with this contract.
Croatia travel to Euro 2008 this summer but will have to do without top striker Eduardo, who suffered a horrible broken leg while playing for Arsenal.

Someone put Curbishley out his misery, send him packing lively before we all fall asleep.Portsmouth at home, play the three kids what does he do plays spector, mullins and boa wont score untill hes forty.Next time Nani takes him to Italy make sure he wakes up with a horses head in his bed or better still Quashies! Bilic in,anyone foriegn,i’d take manuel from forty towers at the moment.
Out with curbishley.wouldn,t mind bilic. For me curbs failure to buy a striker in the transfer window and playing lbm all the time(even after he was yellow carded is unforgivable.
I cant stand Bilic, he says he can sign today or in 7 days for Croatia, so why dosnt he just sign today, all this come and get me before i sign is the sort of thing only Mourinho can get away with, not some fag smoking yob fron Croatia
I think we should give Curbs at least 1 more season, it would be unfair to him to sack him, considering how injury prone the players are, its them we should sack.
I dont want to waste another season of my lifde watching this crap. Im also fed up of reading comments like lets giove him another season, wes hould be pleased with this season, WHY FOR GOD’S SAKE?
He’s not a bad bloke, just cant seem to do it!
I wont be watching much more of this and wont be paying for aticket to watch this. They are just drifting!
As for him saying thay wont get the bonus if they dont fall in top ten, i mean seriously is how we communicate with west ham first team squad players?
Is it the only way to get them playing! This has gone on enough now, things wont change and we will be having the same debate next season.
BG sort it out and can we see a bit more of you at UP, it’s like we dont have a director and are being remotely run by Iceland, get in there and sort it out man! Its your show you care!
Well said nails
Apologies for sp’s all over the shop, when I get fed up I type faster andd get into it a bit too much!
curbs has done wat he has been asked to do…
its save us from relegation…..job dun..
this season consolidate us…JOB DONE…
i dont agree wiv the way we play at west ham…
i dont agree wiv his tactics and his subs..
but a lot of this is due to the players we have had avalible….
we have been unlucky wiv injuries this seasons..
why? well we can all asume why…
i guess for many reasons…
but to sake curbs would be a tad unfair…
i would like to see wat he can do wiv a full squad in his hands…
roll on next season….
Give Curbs a chance, so we can get our injured players back. Dyer, Faubert, Etherington, Bellamy, collins, etc will make our attack frightening and with the way we’ve been defending this season which has been good bar the three 4-0’s we should be pushing 4 5th next year
Id rather not take the risk on Bilic. Is there really any evidence that he wouldnt be another Lawrie Sanchez? Let him cut his teeth at another club before coming to the Premiership where failure is not tolerated.
Di Canio however I would welcome in a heart beat. His charisma is contagious, West Ham would surely get more column inches and fans, win or lose!
I agree with you punter, as much as i love Di Canio though, im not sure he is the right choice.
Who is? we need to look at managers that have won cups recently and pay him good money.
no more injury excuses,we are playing like toilet,so what if the next manager isnt from our club,we need a manager who makes the right decisions and so far ive not seen much of that from curbishley, especially fieldin lbm ffs
