Harry Redknapp has happy memories with Upton Park - Portsmouth + Harrys 60’s Match programs for Sale

By Rooster
Harry Redknapp, Player, Manager, for West Ham United, spent many a happy year at Upton Park, taking risks on bringing in players that other clubs wouldnt touch with a barge pole, and yes i mean another Hammers hero called Di Canio, without doubt, Harry is a manager we all miss and love at West Ham.

Redknapp travels to Upton Park where he spent seven years as a player and nine as coach and manager, willing his cup heroes to continue their fine form in the league.
He said on Talksport:

“The final is five weeks to go and we have got a game against West Ham so it is back to business with the league.

“It is all about the Premier League from now and we will think about the final when it comes around. West Ham are a good side and we will need to put in a performance.

“I always enjoy going back there, I have so many memories of the place. I love the club and the fans are fantastic.

“I grew up there as a 15-year-old and we were all kids together as local boys, Bobby Moore, Trevor Brooking, Martin Peters, Billy Bonds, Frank Lampard - it is a special club.”

I have a couple of Match programs where Harry played for West Ham Juniors in the 60’s both in perfect condition, i am open to offers for these programs.

I remember when Harry signed Di Canio up, and how the papers were all calling him a fool, well he certainly proved them wrong.
    Welcome home Harry

I remember when Harry sold Rio for £18m and then wasted most of it of tke likes of Camara and Song on massive wages. Yeah thanks H, nice one.
