Im not Leaving!
Luca Toni, the so called presumable signing that Gianluca Nani will be signing for West ham in the summer transfer window has stated he will not be leaving Bayern.
Since leaving Fiorentina last summer his season at Bayern has been nothing short of fantastic, scoring 18 goals for Bayern making him the top scorer in the Bundesliga and also scoring 2 late goals against Getafe last week, putting his team into the semi’s of the Eufa Cup.
Toni has been linked with West Ham and Milan for the summer transfer window, but in a recent interview he said
“Here in Munich I feel really good,â€
“I live in the center, the city is wonderful, safe, clean, unlike in Italy! The people are very friendly and at the same time very polite and composed when they approach to ask for an autograph or photo.
“Next season we will be back in the Champions League, and our club has big ambitions. I see no reason why I should leave.â€
Maybe Nani will have some influence over one of his star players in recent times, and maybe West Ham will have the power to influence Toni to the Premier League, but with no European football next season due to lack of ambition by certain West Ham players and staff, i really cant see him coming to this club.

With a manager who has sense nani could attract good signings, but with cautiously as manager it wont be so easy,he’ll try and influence nani to go to the knackers yard to get our next signings
when bent turned west ham down to join spuds, we should have realised something was wrong.
I’m worried how much influence nani will have if curbishley has last say.
“when bent turned west ham down to join spuds, we should have realised something was wrong.”
Get real! Bent signed for a club that finished 10 places above us in the league. It was hardly a surprise.
I have every faith that we will have more success in signing ‘top’ players this summer, should Nani/Curbs decide we need to move for one/some.
I think the whole Toni-story was made up by the press. There was nothing in it except the fact that Nani had been linked to Toni in former years. With the prospect of playing Champions League football with the German “FC Hollywood” next season Toni would never sign for West Ham right now. But things could change if Curbishley/Nani push for “Europe” next season. Let’s hope they are able to sign some decent players in the summer, we desperately lack one or two real “flair players” in midfield!
