Tottenham moving to Upton Park “FFS” (Poll)

It looks like the Spuds will be getting their new Stadium long before the Hammers, Promises Promises ay!!, BG will get £20 million for a couple of seasons from Spurs for the Groundshare, Can life get any worse???
Tottenham are poised to follow Arsenal’s lead by building a futuristic new ground just a goalkick away from their current home.
Spurs are set to formally announce their plans in the next ten weeks and increasing their current White Hart Lane arena from 36,000 to up to 60,000 is the preferred option.
The club has already snapped up property in the High Road which will enable them to extend the West Stand and they have also bought buildings behind the Paxton Road end which would enable them to extend their premises northwards.
But another option is to build onto the Wingate industrial estate just behind the Paxton and Shelf sides of the ground.
That would prevent them having to groundshare with West Ham while construction work takes place and would satisfy the vast majority of fans who do not want the club to move out of the area.
Arsenal, who moved to N5 from their original base in Woolwich, explored every possible avenue when they were seeking to expand their capacity at Highbury.
In the end they moved a quarter of a mile up the road to Ashburton Grove where they constructed the Emirates Stadium.
Tottenham have little desire to move out of N17 and new premises on the Wingate industrial estate would be less than a brief stroll from their current home.
That would also keep local businesses happy as they will not be losing the vast amount of trade during the football season which keeps many of them afloat.

I voted no as I would rather see the Wingate option being looked at.
If we did have to build on the existing site I wouldn’t have any problem going to Upton Park.

Hey I don’t always cook my spuds in an oven,there are plenty of ways of cooking potatoes,each and every one wonderful!!In fact I may well be eating spuds this evening.As for this subject wingate seems like a great idea I am sure both sets of fans don’t want us to use the Boleyn,now do we?COYS!!

Its quite obvious to all that a groundshare is not wanted, but at end of day, its gonna happen sooner or later, just look at the scheduals for next season, and if spurs and hammers never have home games at same time, then its on the cards.
i dont think spurs fans will trash the place, if they do then the FA will insist on games behind closed doors.
And eating baked potatoes anymore is a no no for me, thanks to some dweeb who thinks hes eating Jews when he has mash, some people are pathetic and wanna use the race card for calling Spurs, Spuds, im just glad all spurs fans are not that sad.
And good luck to you Hammer, youll be boycotting the place on your own while im inside having a pie and lager, then watching the game you wanna miss!!!
