This could be vital for us
By Ian Salisbury
Todays article in the Daily Mail:
West Ham are in talks with Juventus to take Italy Under-21 star Davide Lanzfame on loan.
The attacking midfielder, 21, is owned by the Turin club but has spent this season at Bari in Serie B.
The signing could be the first for Italian Gianluca Nani, who was appointed in March as the club’s technical director responsible for transfers.
Highlights the impact that Gianluca Nani might be starting to have on WHU, with his background knowledge and contacts we could be on the edge of one of the most exciting periods in our clubs history. Arsenal have for the Arsene Wenger tenure relied very much upon the acquisition of young upcoming exciting players who very few people knew much about, and then have developed them to their current potential.
Other than pay crazy inflated money for transfers this could well be a way for us to acquire top players ‘at a snip’
I just hope that we have everything in place to realise the potential and don’t play them out of position as we did with Tevez for the best part of the season.

If he is so talented and dubbed “the new Ronaldo” why isn’t he playing first team football with his own club, Juventus?

I know Gianluca very well, and have met with him on various occasions.
This man, i promise will take West Ham forward on to new heights, i also promise, with the right support from Players, Manager, and board, West Ham will have players next season that you could only dream about.
West Ham will be the envy of the little 16 and maybe the envy of the big 4 too.
Your future looks bright, you will have a fantastic season to look forward too.

I agree with Marco, Spurs have to splash out £15m to get 1 player each season whch is madness for a little club, we have to start brining players in like Arsenal do and build a quality team that will be thrilling to watch, roll on the new season.
