Gudjohnsen to Join West Ham, Portsmouth or not so Likely Newcastle?
It seems almost inevitable now that Gudjohnsen will be joining the Hammers.
C’Mon Yu Irons! was the very first with the news about Gudjohnsen’s interest in joining the hammers when he leaves Barcelona, and now his father whom is also his agent has told the media that his his son will be coming back to the Premiership.
Quote from the East London Advertiser today:
Gudjohnsen told the radio station that his close friendship with West Ham’s Icelandic owner Bjorgolfur Gudmundsson and his desire to move back to London made a move to West Ham more attractive.
Portsmouth have now shown an interest in Gudjohnsen, harry is even bragging that his son Jamie and Eidur are very close friends.
Newcastle also showed an interest, bur Gudjohnsen has stated he has no intentions of moving to st James Park

Agree jeff. How many games did he actually play for barcelona? He’s not the player he was 2 or 3 years ago and will be demanding a massive salary. Anyone who pays it is wasting their money.

gudjohnsen?never got a chance at barca gotta b alot better than cole and zamora is guarenteed 2 get us sum goals off the bench, if we keep the talent coming thru the academy mixed wiv sum xperience just like old freddie yeah his spent most his time on the sidelines but we forget wot a talent this bloke is if we keep him fit he will cause the best premiership defences problems yeah we wanna cut the wage bill but lets do it properly givin zamora out 2 qpr on loan and we still pay arf his wages what a f*”king joke lets get rid of curbs and bring in bilic and get playin sum exciting football

totally agree with the thedyasdazzler .ljungberg has got to be much better than what we have in midfield apart from noble, parker and faubert the rest should all go. mullins has done a decent job defencefully but last season was a joke and we need to improve we need to be more creative maybe bullard could bring this to the midfield. Gudjohnsen has to be better than some of the other crap we ve been linked with
