An overwhelming favourite by many sites and fans at the moment is Roberto Mancini and Paolo Di Canio as assistant in order to finish his Coaching badges.
Roberto Mancini has not replied to any calls from the media regarding the Manager job and has not said he wants to be ruled out (as far as we know) but Di Canio has called the club and offered his services according to his agent Phil Spencer who said: “We have made moves to talk to West Ham and advised them that he wants to be considered,”
Since revealing Mancini’s website in a previous article, his site has been plagued by begging West Ham fans.
There is no doubt that Mancini and Di Canio would be the perfect duo to make our club a success.
BG, please call Mancini now and also tell Di Canio he is welcome to be Asst Manager.

This would be the ideal setting, and in my opinion would move us forward. Mancini’s experience and Di Canios no nonsense approach would solidify the squad, and give the fans what they want after all this turmoil recently.

If paulo is assistant then i dont mind billic or mancini as manager. I dont think we could go wrong either way. If however we do go for mancini and in the next 2 years that doesnt work out for whatever reason, then billic will be at the end of his contract and we can bring him in then
Do you think Di Canio would take any crap from Lucas Neill i think not ! Slowest right back in the premership. Someone needs to takeover and earn the respect of the players like Ferguson or Wenger. No crap is taken by those two and look at there teams track records over the past ten years. Someone needs to rule Upton Park with an iron fist and a no nosense attitude. And come January clear the decks once and for all and move on the masses of below average players surely someone out there is desparate enough to sigh Quashie the muppet !!!
i think we will be unstoppable with Mancini’s skill and experience and Di Canio’s passion and fire. the board would definately not go behind theyre backs. I LOVE DI CANIO!!
