Disaster for Bilic

Slaven Bilic

Wednesday’s match Croatia v England could be a disaster for Slaven Bilic.

If Croatia lose to England, Bilic will be upset but not as upset as the Croatian FA and that could be good news for West Ham.

The Croatian FA are already unhappy that Bilic will be having talks with Nani and Duxbury sometime before or after the World Cup qualifier.

Why has Bilic agreed to a meeting? and why have West Ham not given up on Bilic like they have Mancini, i beleive that Bilic has told his agent he wants the Job but will not say so publicly before such an important match that could upset his players, It would be easy for him to say “NO” and “go away” to the West Ham press gang, but he has not and will be having talks.

If Bilic did leave the Croatian national squad and joined West Ham would he be a traitor to his country, i dont think so, if he is then does that make half a million Croatian’s in this country traitors too, of course not, like Bilic they all are after a better success in life, which Croatia did not offer.

It will be a disaster for Bilic to lose to England but hopefully success for England and West Ham.

Or Joy for West Ham

Please god not Zola.  Never managed a football club in his life, why oh why would we even consider him?

Rob: He doesn’t need to have managed a football club before because he’s not going to managing this one. He’s just going to be taking the training sessions. Nani is effectively running the football side of the club now. Anyone who won’t work his way, won’t get the job.
    Who knows, it might work.

if zola can get an interview how come paulo can’t?  he has been showing nothing but passion and love for the club, sure he has a temper but i can’t see zola offering the same kind of comittment and i don’t see a huge difference in experience.

The Board are delighted by the voume and quality of the responses to the job advert as listed below.Vacancy, Premiership Managers Role, (well our version of it anyway.)WHU are looking for someone to come in and improve the teams performance. As part of this role the applicant will be given no money to spend, he/ she (Zola) will have no say in any transfer activity and must at all times lick the Boards arse. The succesful applicant must be prepared to lose any qulaity he/ she (Zola) brings on if the right offer is made to the club. The applicant must also be able to maximise the internal (cheap) resources we have within the clubs youth. If at any stage and as a result of no new investment the club fails to qualify for Champions league the new appointee must take full responsability. Please submit, with application fee $10,000 to Mr Nani, the real power of West Ham Utd, Upton Park, East London. What a suprise then that the only candidate to actually attend an interview with management expereince is Donodonni who failed miserably with italy when they were World champions and has been unable to get another job for 6 months. All other applicants have no expereince, I wonder if they see this as a high profile stepping stone to bigger moves later on, especially as they are so young. What chance of Zola spending the next 10 years at Upton Park if he is succesful????What also happens next May/June when half the squad are free to leave as they were only loan signings, i cant see that all of a sudden the Board will find 30million to sign permanant replacements. More likely we will replace with more loans thus making stability of players near on impossible.
