The Guardians conclusion was that BG “wants to enjoy his football for a while”.At first I thought this felt reassuring, but if true, it could also be a first step in a bidding process. If BG doesn’t consider his West Ham venture to be “economically sound” while his economic muscle may be needed to consolidate his financial base, maybe the conclusion will be that he no longer can afford his pet project anymore, and we can look forward (?) to a new owner.

Kia must of been relatively serious last year and certainly has good financial contacts plus a huge lump of cash after the tevez to man UTD deal goes through in 2009, i think he personally gets about 25M out of it, not bad for a slave owner. realistically it is him as a front or some Arab mob, I can see if we get the Olympic Stadium the Arabs would be seriously interested as the locaton is perfect. Spending 1Billion to buy the club and both upton park for re development and the new olympic Stadium to include a Hotel, Olympic training village etc would seem good value and give them diversity over stocks and shares plus a regular cash flow. Who knows, if nothing else I would like it to happen just to piss Spurs of even more, they however have their own problems and with a little luck will be looking forward to next years london derbies, QPR, Charlton, Palace, Millwall and Orient.
