SatNav Steers West Ham Sensation in Wrong Direction

According to the Daily Mail Herita Ilunga is using West Ham as a stepping stone to further his career, with not only just a stepping stone but we are to be beleived by the Daily Mail as a second rate stepping stone.
Herita Ilunga is without doubt a quality player and we made a very good choice when we took him on loan for a season, he has proved to be the type of player that West Ham need in its squad to give the fans attractive football, but if the little Congonese guy thinks the fans will put up with comments like the Daily Mail have published to be true, then he will never be accepted by West Ham fans and he will surely be treated with disgust accordingly.
According to the DM he said this:
‘Without being derogatory, West Ham are a second-rate club,’ the defender declared.
‘Let’s not kid ourselves – we are not an Arsenal, Manchester United or Chelsea.
‘But West Ham have values and history, they have developed Joe Cole and Frank Lampard, and they are a club where people know their football.
‘So once I have proved myself in a team such this, I can hope to make the step up to another club.
‘I will either stay at West Ham or else join another English club.‘I am really keen to continue my adventure in England.’
I for 1 am not that bothered if Ilunga decides to be a bench warmer for Arsenal or any other club but what he does need to realise is that since being with a club as great as West Ham is he has now started to bring out his quality as being an International player.
Maybe Ilunga needs a satnav on the Team he decides to be with after this season after supposedly saying this about driving in London:
If you enjoyed this post, make sure you subscribe to my RSS feed!I have struggled to steer my right-hand drive car around London.
‘My wheel arches have taken a battering,’ he joked.
‘Luckily my satnav has worked well in London – the roads are seldom empty, so it has helped me avoid problems.’

NEWSNOW
This is so dissapointing to read, he has been a good player so far for us and he must have noiticed that we had taken to him as fans. Now he’s gonna get a bad reception and he deserves it. Zola needs to make an example of him and stick him in the reserves or cancel his loan deal and send him back to france. Who does he think he is calling us a second rate team, and if he thinks he can make the step up to playing for one of the big four then I’m sure Ashley Cole and Nevra are shaking in their boots, either that or just laughing. This is a difficult time for West Ham at the moment and the team needs to show unity from everywhere. Comments like this are just going to damage an already fragile unit and shows that he is not a team player. I was well chuffed with Illunga as a signing untill this news emerged, now as far as I’m concerned Zola needs to get rid and give one of the kids a go and get a replacement loan in January. What would Keane or Fergie do if one of their players came out with this guff?? exactly, the player probably wouldn’t because they know what would happen. Go on Zola, show us that you’re not Mr Nice Guy after all.
Could not have said it better. Well if he wants to go to a first rate club he’s going to have to play his heart out for us to get noticed by the big 4
One of my buddies is always talking about your blog at work – finally came and checked it out today, nice work! I’m subscribing to your rss feed – keep on posting!
