West Ham Leaders in South American Striker Chase

West Ham are looking at 24 year old Mauricio Pinilla ex Hearts and Inter player.

The guy has spent most of his career on Loans but has a talent of scoring goals when he does play, which i have to admit is not very often.
Plagued by injuries in the last 3 years has made it hard for him to settle at any club, Hearts released him on July 1st after buying the remainder of his contract from Inter, so now he is a free agent.

It would not surprise me if there was some contact between Gianluca Nani and Mauricio Pinilla’ Agency Passball, who represent the player, The group would not deny reports that West Ham are also in the hunt for the former Inter player, they told a media source:

“There is an English side that is very interested, but in addition there are three other teams that are behind the English club, but we cannot give any names yet,”

They also said that Panilla has had interest from Germany, Argentina and Portugal.

I think we should stay well away from injury prone players, we learned a valuable lesson last season.

Ferdinand to Tottenham - Coloccini to West Ham

Spurs are looking for a player to strengthen their defence and Ferdinand seems to fit what Ramos is looking for and £6m could see the Central defender moving to White Hart Lane, a replacement for Anton could be the Argentinian international Coloccini who currently plays for Deportivo, same height same position, but tons more skill and experience, and beleive it or not, has nothing to do with Kia.

£12m is what the media say is the asking price for Coloccini, his experience and knowledge  would benefit James Tomkins and would make West Hams defencive boys a brick wall, so would you say £12m is too much to ask for this guy? maybe we need to start thinking like a big club, and then being a big club  would Read more Ferdinand to Tottenham - Coloccini to West Ham

BG, You Clever Little Banker!!

We all know about the Tevez saga, and how Kia wanted more money from West Ham for the loan of
Tevez during the final few games that kept us in the Premiership.
We obviously agreed to some sort of deal, the deal made between BG and Kia, i guess we as fans we will
never know of, but if it was £7m, then it was worth every penny.

BG, being the clever banker that he is, has agreed to pay back the so called £7m, but in installments and
as an agents fee over the next few years, now this is a clever business strategy by BG, he certainly knows
he could use Kia to bring in more exiting young talent that he owns rights too from South American clubs.

I know i would love to see a mixture of South American talent as well as our homegrown boys playing at
Upton Park next season, wouldnt you?

Take a look at what influences Kia is having on Man City!

TEVEZ - The Movie!

By Joe J (Rooster)

Carlos Tevez, hero of West Ham, is to have a movie made about his life.

The movie will start with his life in the mean streets of Buenos Aires known as Fort Apache, and hopefully finish with conquering the Champions League title against Chelsea.
West Ham FC will play an important role in the movie showing his accomplishment on how he and fighting West Ham Warriors made the great escape from relegation in 2007.
The film will also include the problems Tevez and West Ham had to face after the season ended (Need i say more?)
The movie will also show Tevezs’s major role in making this season successful for Manchester United, as there is no doubt they will
